Privacy Policy

Last updated: 8 October 2026

This policy explains what personal information CyberSphere Marketing ("we", "us") collects through cyberspheremarketing.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We have tried to keep it short and clear.

1. Who we are

CyberSphere Marketing is the controller of the personal information described here. You can contact us at info@cyberspheremarketing.com.

2. What information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact form: your name, email address, company or website, the service you are interested in, and the message you write.
  • Email: anything you include when you email us directly.

Information collected automatically

  • Hosting logs: like most websites, our hosting provider records technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to deliver the site securely and fix problems.
  • Chat assistant: the assistant on our site runs in your browser. The questions you type are not sent to us and are not stored once you close the page.

3. How we use your information

  • To reply to your enquiry and prepare proposals or audits you ask for.
  • To run and secure the website.
  • To meet legal and accounting obligations.

Under UK and EU data protection law, our legal bases are legitimate interests (answering enquiries and running the site), taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and legal obligation. We only send you marketing emails if you have agreed to receive them.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf: our website host and form-handling provider (Netlify), our email provider, and Google Fonts, which delivers the typefaces used on this site (your IP address is sent to Google when fonts load). We may also share information where the law requires it.

5. Cookies

We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies on this website. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

6. International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries outside the UK, EEA or your own country, including the United States. Where this happens we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

7. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and manage the relationship with you, and then delete or anonymise them. If you become a client, we keep records as long as the law and our contract require.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to restrict or object to its use, to receive a copy of it, and to withdraw consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email info@cyberspheremarketing.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority, such as the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) in the UK.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

Our website and services are aimed at businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
